Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. Each item is unique in its own way and that’s what makes our accessories stand out.
Please beware that even the best quality natural leather may have small imperfections resulted from crafting, tanning process.

2. Always provide a correct phone number and email address, so we can contact you in case of any problems.
3. Always make sure that you have provided the correct delivery address (correct postcode is particularly important), if there is a mistake it will take longer to deliver the goods or they may not reach you.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once successful payment has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with order information.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Some import duties and taxes may apply to customers not located in European Union. For more information please check with customs office of your country.

Within Lithuania can be shipped via:
LP Express couriers
LP Express terminals
DPD Couriers
DPD Terminals
Rest of the world- package will be shipped using tracked post service.
RETURN POLICY
Goods returning process should be started within a period of 14 days. To start return process please contact us at info@baltajisbilsas.com. Custom-made goods are non-returnable.
You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it, this means that the returned
goods must be unused, undamaged and complete.
In case of return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
